How will this program help you reach your Fat Loss goals WITHOUT harming your hormones?

The first 3 days of this program I suggest to do an Eat Easy Reset. This is a eating strategy that's lower calorie for 3 days to help your body quickly drop any built up inflammation and get ready to release stored toxins that may be in your fat cells. This can help make fat loss more effective for the remaining 10 weeks!

Breakfast will be a smoothie to help you get in a lot of nutrients and water first thing, then we'll do a lighter lunch, a starchy dinner, and then optional 1-2 snacks based on how you feel. You will be given a full grocery list and laid out meal/snacks to make this as easy as possible to implement. You won't need to track Macros during this time and can expect to lose up to 3-8 lbs of inflammation.

The remaining 10 weeks will be focused on more balanced fat loss at a moderate deficit based on your goals. I will determine your Macros based on your goals and how your body responds to the Reset.

You'll also be providing meal templates to make keeping up Meals that fuel fat loss and hormone health feel simple and you can use this template and choose to NOT TRACK MACROS if preferred.

The 6-10 weeks after the Reset will be more steady fat loss to solidify progress with a goal being losing ~1-2 lbs each week.
