Welcome! I am SO excited to be working with you and for you to learn all about achieving Fat Loss with Hormone Harmony!

I'm excited for you to have meals, workouts, and social tips to help your body THRIVE in fat loss and life! I'm proud of you for taking this step to join a program that I hope changes your perspective on what "dieting" is and how forever fat loss can be achieved!

There are 3 general program strategies I love to help clients with but everything can also be personalized for you! As we're getting started though, I want to you choose which of the following strategies is closest to your goals, and begin to read through the welcome packet =)

Option 1 is for those who feel they have a goal of 15-20 lbs to lose

Option 2 is for those who feel they they have a gold of 5-10 lbs to lose

Option 3 is for those who feel they want to either maintain or reverse diet or are just looking for help with improving digestion, bloat, energy, menstrual cycles & gaining more overall hormonal balance.

I want you to really reflect on what will be realistic for YOU in the current season you're in and what you want to achieve in these next 10 weeks!
