Welcome! I am SO excited to have you be a part of this 28 Day Reset for Fat Loss with Hormone Harmony!
During this program you will learn what habits, workouts, and foods can fuel for your body best so that you can lose fat and feel fab! I'm excited for you to provide meal plans, workouts, social tips, and more bonus materials to help your body THRIVE in fat loss and life! I'm proud of you for taking this step to join a program that I hope transforms your body and mindset on what "dieting" is and how forever fat loss can be achieved!
This 28 Day program is designed to help you learn what foods fuel female bodies best to shed fat by starting with a 3 day Eat Easy Reset/Detox to help your body quickly reduce inflammation, bloat, and waste; and then transition into a moderate calorie deficit for 3.5 weeks to lose up to 10 lbs and build habits that make keeping the weight off feel easy and nourishing!
The first thing (after reading this) you want to do is to go through the 5 Habits section as well as the Eat Easy Reset to learn about what we'll be doing the first week of the challenge!
Next, take a look through "Macros, Micros & Minerals Explained + 7 Superfoods & Food Quality Considerations" Ebook to learn ALL ABOUT how Balanced Nutrition can help you reach your Fat Loss with Hormone Harmony goals!
The 3rd thing you I want you to do is download and/or print the "3 Day Eat Easy Reset" guide that's going to have your Meal Plan for the first 3-6 days. You'll want to start looking through it to see what foods you may need to shop for.
After that, feel free to look through the workouts and other initial bonus materials available to you to help you with setting up a healthy Fat Loss with Hormone Harmony lifestyle!
If you have any questions as you're looking through the challenge materials, be sure to ask in our private IG Chat or in your 1:1 check-in OR you can submit a question in the Weekly Q&A's! I'll post the link for the Q&A's in the IG chat and also email and will b answering the questions there as well.
Our first private 1:1 check-in will be May 9th after you do the Eat Easy Reset and set your Macros or Nutrition Plan, I can help you clarify your Macros or Nutrition Strategy this day too to help you have a successful 28 Days! Our 2nd/Final Check-In will be on day 27 to reflect on progress and set future goals!
